Alternative way to settle disputes

The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) is launching a pilot project to explore the application of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to the standard appeals procedure currently in place. The process is voluntary and without prejudice, and is expected to give parties the opportunity to settle disputes by agreement. For more details, please click here.
